To help us build the foundation of our future fab in Dresden, we are looking for a highly motivated and passionate:
Statistical Process Control (SPC) & Metrology Engineer (m/f/d)
Are you ready to work at the forefront of semiconductor manufacturing, where precision, data, and technology converge to produce the most advanced products? As an SPC & Metrology Engineer, you will be a key player in maintaining process stability, ensuring product quality, and driving continuous improvement in a high-volume production environment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Elevate metrology quality and system defenses, ensuring high standards across various tools such as OCD, CDSEM, and Overlay.
2. Refine inline measurement methods through monitoring, calibration, and performance matching.
3. Enhance SPC systems with a focus on control analytics, using advanced statistical methods.
4. Apply strong statistical analysis combined with problem-solving and consulting skills to predict risks, ensure reliability and develop sampling plans.
5. Utilize data analysis tools such as JMP, R, Python etc.
Job Qualifications:
Qualifications and Education:
1. Legally eligible to work in Germany.
2. Available for on-the-job training in Taiwan for one year.
3. Bachelor's, Master's, Diploma, or Ph.D. in Engineering, Mathematics, Physics or related field, Lean six sigma black belt a strong plus.
4. More than three years of experience in Process Engineering related role with use of statistical evaluation techniques and programs.
5. Savely with statistical analysis software.
6. Resilient with a positive team spirit and attitude also when under pressure.
7. Outstanding team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills, open-minded and eager to learn.
Language Skills:
1. Fluent in English.
2. Basic command of German and Mandarin Chinese a plus.
