Key responsibilities in your new role

• Lead infrastructure and Facility Management projects throughout the entire project lifecycle
• Ensure the successful achievement of project objectives with regard to schedule, quality, cost, and sustainability
• Develop and implement project strategies while proactively managing project risks and opportunities
• Take ownership of project planning, budgeting, reporting, and cost control activities
• Coordinate and lead cross-functional project teams as well as external engineering consultants, contractors, and service providers
• Foster effective collaboration with internal stakeholders across Manufacturing, Facility Management, Engineering, and other business functions
• Utilize modern project management methodologies and digital project delivery tools to drive efficiency and project success
  
  

Your profile

Qualifications And Skills To Help You Succeed

• University degree in Process Engineering, Building Services Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Facility Management, Civil Engineering, or a comparable technical discipline
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in planning and managing complex infrastructure, construction, or Facility Management projects
• Proven experience leading multidisciplinary project teams and managing diverse stakeholder groups
• Solid expertise in project management practices and the use of modern project management and collaboration platforms such as Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC), Microsoft Project, or comparable tools
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Demonstrated ability to work independently, take ownership, and drive results in a dynamic environment
• Fluent in both German and English, spoken and written
