- Assist in monitoring and controlling commercial aspects such as purchasing, project controlling and scheduling
- Contribute to the preparation and quality assurance of project reports and support cash flow tracking
- Assist in budget planning and forecasting, as well as in monthly, quarterly and annual financial reporting
- Work closely with the Project Manager to help achieve and optimize project goals
- Support customer communication and assist in claim management activities
- Act as a reliable contact within the project team and gradually develop into a sparring partner for the Project Manager
- Completed degree or vocational training in business administration, engineering or a comparable field
- Initial practical experience (e.g. internships, working student roles) in a commercial or project-related environment is a plus
- Very good MS Office skills; first experience with SAP R/3 is advantageous
- Fluent German and good English skills, both written and spoken
- Willingness to travel for project-related activities
- Good communication skills, team spirit and ability to handle multiple tasks
