Mitarbeiter Qualitätskontrolle & Wareneingang / QC Technician (m/w/d) - #2728921

As our System Specialist for Incoming Material Quality & Reliability (IMQR), you will be the gatekeeper of quality, ensuring that only the highest-standard materials make it into our production line. By setting up advanced web-based systems, building key interfaces with suppliers, and shaping our quality processes from day one, your footprint will be embedded in every microchip we manufacture. If you love precision and thrive in an environment where you can actively build the structures you work with, this is your stage.

Job Responsibilities

• Organize the Digital Infrastructure: Set up and optimize our advanced web-based IMQR systems and establish automated data transfer protocols with global suppliers from the ground up.
• Own the Quality Gates: Take ownership of material usage decisions and master data maintenance within SAP, ensuring a continuous, in-time supply of premium materials into the Fab.
• Turn Data into Excellence: Collect raw data and monitor Statistical Process Control (SPC) charts, transforming it into strategic operational workflows.
• Be the Knowledge Pioneer: Act as the first point of contact for troubleshooting. Train internal teams as well as external international suppliers on our systems.
• Drive Continuous Evolution: Collaborate closely with engineering teams to systematically improve productivity through optimized data management.

Job Qualifications

• Your Foundation: A completed vocational training (Berufsausbildung), paired with 2–5 years of professional experience in a comparable quality, data, or technical role within an international high-tech environment.
• Your Toolset: Solid expertise in data management, reporting, and ERP systems (ideally SAP), combined with a good understanding of Statistical Process Control (SPC) systems.
• Your Mindset: You thrive in dynamic, fast-paced environments and view evolving processes as an opportunity to actively shape workflows. Detail-focused. Highly resilient.
• Your Communication: Fluent in English (our company language and communication to colleagues in Taiwan and Arizona).
• Great to have: Experience in a high-tech manufacturing industry. Plus, basic language skills in German or Mandarin to ease local and global collaboration.
• Ready for Training at TSMC in Taiwan: 6 month.

We Offer You

• True Greenfield Freedom: The rare opportunity to co-design processes and systems instead of just managing old legacy code and outdated workflows.
• Impact & Visibility: A highly relevant role in one of Europe’s most celebrated tech infrastructure projects.
• Global Network, Local Culture: A vibrant, intercultural team environment that values open minds, knowledge sharing, and mutual motivation.
• Future-Proof Growth: Access to cutting-edge technologies, and personal development opportunities as our Fab scales up.
