• Navigate multi-stakeholder, long-cycle negotiations through to final contract signing.
• Collaborate closely with regional sales leadership and local operational units to ensure seamless handover.
• Maintain and optimize customer data and sales pipelines within the CRM system.
  
  

Who this is a fit for

• 3+ years of proven B2B sales experience in cleaning or facility services.
• Track record of executing proactive new customer acquisition and driving territory growth.
• Proficient in service calculation, proposal modeling, and commercial contract structures.
• Strong familiarity with long sales cycles and CRM pipeline management.
• Fluent in German (C1/C2) with established residency in or near Dresden (up to 100km).
