Aufgaben

• You define and develop AI product visions and roadmaps in close alignment with corporate objectives
• You translate strategic goals and operational requirements into clear, actionable product requirements and align stakeholders from Business, Data Science and Engineering
• You take end-to-end responsibility for AI solutions - from discovery through delivery to lifecycle management - and ensure measurable business impact
• You manage agile product development in Scrum or Kanban setups, including sprint planning, reviews and retrospectives
• You ensure that AI solutions meet quality standards, regulatory requirements and ethical AI principles
• You shape the technical direction of AI solutions, evaluate architecture options and make informed trade-off decisions between performance, scalability, compliance and time-to-market

Qualifikationen

• You have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field - a Product Owner certification is an advantage
• You bring several years of experience as a Product Owner or Technical Project Manager, ideally in the field of AI/ML-driven products
• You have a solid understanding of modern AI/ML concepts and architectures as well as proven experience in agile development environments
• You translate complex business requirements into actionable product requirements and convince through excellent stakeholder management skills
• You are characterized by teamwork, strong communication skills, solution orientation, analytical thinking and personal responsibility
• Very good German and English skills (written and spoken) round off your profile
