As a Senior Expert Corporate Production Management (m/f/d) at Exyte, you will play a key role in implementing and further developing our Lean and Production Management methodologies and tools across international projects.

Explore Your Tasks And Responsibilities

• Implementing the Exyte Production System (our in-house methodology) across all project phases using Exyte's standard software solutions.
• Training project team members and key users on Lean and Production Management method, tool, and best practices.
• Continuously improving and optimizing standardized tool and method in close collaboration with stakeholders.
• Driving the transformation and development of high-performance teams by inspiring enthusiasm for production control.
• Acting as the first point of contact for all Lean and Production Management-related topics within projects.
  
  

Show Your Expertise

• A degree in Engineering or Project Management.
• 10+ years of experience in construction projects and project delivery.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to facilitate workshops and trainings.
• A hands-on mentality and the motivation to drive sustainable improvements.
• Readiness to undertake regular weekly travel to our project sites for up to five days per week to support and train teams in the implementation of Lean and Production Management.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).
