To support our team, we are looking for a Construction and Project Coordinator (m/f/d) to organize and manage extensive core drilling and concrete work on the major ESMC Dresden project.

In this key position, you will coordinate the subcontractors involved, verify the technical requirements for carrying out the work, and ensure smooth communication and coordination between the client, the construction site, and the execution teams.

Responsibilities

What you can expect from us:

Specializing in Core Drilling and Concrete Processing

• Coordination and Management of Employees
• Verification of approvals and work orders from client portals
• Assessment of whether planned drilling and cutting operations are technically feasible
• Inspection of as-built dimensions and site conditions before construction begins
• Coordination with construction management, specialist planners, and clients
• Scheduling and Timing of the Teams Deployed
• Workforce and Capacity Planning
• Coordination of scaffolding, lifting platforms, waste disposal, and other construction site logistics
• Monitoring of Quality, Deadlines, and Workplace Safety
• Documentation of Services Performed
• Reporting of completed work, as well as delays and missing prior work, via customer portals
• Preparation of measurements as the basis for billing
• Participation in internal and external project meetings
  
  

Qualifications

What you bring with you:

• Experience in the construction industry, e.g., as a foreman, supervisor, site manager, technician, or master craftsman
• Ideally, knowledge of building construction, concrete construction, demolition, fire protection, or core drilling and cutting techniques
• Technical understanding and the ability to work confidently with construction plans
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently
• Communication skills when dealing with customers, subcontractors, and construction site teams
• Confident Use of Computers, Tablets, and Digital Project Platforms
• Class B driver's license
