Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sicherheitskoordinator/in (m/w/d) located in Dresden, Germany. The role involves ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards, conducting regular safety training, overseeing safety protocols onsite, and leading accident investigations. The Sicherheitskoordinator/in will work closely with project teams to ensure adherence to occupational health and safety regulations and promote a culture of safety. Collaboration with internal and external teams to optimize processes and successful execution of projects is an integral part of this role.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Health & Safety, Environmental Health and Safety (EHS), and Occupational Health practices
• Experience in Safety Training delivery and the implementation of safety measures
• Skilled in conducting Accident Investigations and identifying risk mitigation strategies
• Strong ability to analyze, document, and ensure compliance with safety regulations
• Knowledge in relevant legislative and regulatory standards related to safety and the environment
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a focus on fostering a safe work environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety, Health Management, or a similar field preferred
• Fluency in German and English is required
• Experience in engineering or industrial projects is an advantage
