Planung und Überwachung aller Engineering-Aktivitäten im Projekt


Technische Leitung sowie zentrale Schnittstelle zu Kunden, Partnern, Einkauf, Subunternehmern und internen Fachbereichen


Führung und Koordination des Design-Teams (inkl. Aufgabenverteilung)


Definition von Input-Daten und Steuerung technischer Partner


Identifikation und Korrektur von Planabweichungen


Bearbeitung technischer Änderungen im Rahmen des Claim-/Beschwerdemanagements


Kundenkommunikation zu technischen Anforderungen


Termin- und Dokumentationsverfolgung im Engineering


Unterstützung der Baustelle bei technischen Themen


Risiko- und Workload-Management im Engineering

Ihr Profil

Abgeschlossenes Ingenieurstudium (Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen o.ä.)


Mehrjährige Erfahrung in

Turnkey-/EPC-Projekten


Erfahrung im Design von

Hochspannungssystemen


Führungserfahrung in Engineering-Teams


Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse (verhandlungssicher)


Starkes Verständnis von Projektabwicklungsprozessen


Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Sozialkompetenz

Engineering Base (EB) ExpertAbout the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Engineering Base (EB) Expert to support the development, configuration, and optimization of engineering design workflows within our electrical engineering projects.
