Job Description

• Focus on the future: You contribute to the automation of compact modeling tasks.
• Expand your horizons: You will enhance your programming skills by exploiting OOP concepts, GUI development and automation of circuit simulation tasks
• Learn something new: You will learn about power semiconductors characteristic data and their simulation by mean of compact models
• Exchange ideas: You will interact with friendly and professional teams from the digitalization and the modeling organization spread across Germany
  
  

Your Profile

• Study field: You are currently studying Computer Science, Software Development or similar
• Experience: You have already gained experience with Python and knowledge of SQL and API is a plus
• Interests: You are excited about having an insight into the semiconductor industry and learn about power electronics and devices.
• Language skills: You have very good English skills, both written and spoken, German is not required, but welcome.

Important information:

• Working part-time: The focus is on studies. Therefore, working student is possible during the lecture period with a maximum of 20 hours per week.
• Proper students (according to the German law) are welcome: You must be enrolled, and the examination results or modules of your studies must not have been completed yet, so that you can still work in our team for at least 6 months. You must also not be in a semester of leave.
• You should live close to the site: It is important for us to work with you on site and to integrate you into the team. You should therefore be able to come to the site regularly.
