Are you enthusiastic about mastering complex IT challenges with creative solutions? Here's your chance as a Solution Architect to combine your technical expertise with strategic foresight and design pioneering ITSM solutions

We are looking for you as a Solution Architect specializing in ITSM processes and operation integration (human*). Together with Holger and Christoph, you will play a central role in the design, implementation and optimization of ITSM solutions that integrate seamlessly into our customers' operational processes

WHAT TASKS AWAIT YOU

• 
  Develop, implement and optimize ITSM solutions that are precisely tailored to the needs of our customers
  
• 
  Together with your team, you will develop holistic technical solution concepts and integration solutions based on requirements analyses
  
• 
  Through your commitment, existing ITSM processes will be comprehensively improved
  
• 
  You are a trusted advisor to our customers and bring extensive expertise in ITSM best practices and integration strategies
  

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING WITH YOU

• 
  Degree in computer science, information technology, business informatics or a related field
  
• 
  Several years of professional experience in IT architecture with a focus on ITSM, preferably in an international environment, as well as sound knowledge of ITSM tools such as ServiceNow, Jira and OTRS
  
• 
  Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a keen eye for detail
  
• 
  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills as well as convincing presentation skills
  
• 
  You enjoy working both independently and as part of a team and thrive in a dynamic working environment
  
• 
  Confident written and spoken German and English skills (at least B2) round off your profile

  ITIL certification

  Initial experience with JIRA and Confluence
