To help us build the foundation of our future fab in Dresden, we are looking for a highly motivated and passionate (m/f/d):
Logistics Import/Export Bonded Manager
In this role, Logistics Import/Export Bonded Manager will be responsible for leading a team in managing and optimizing the company's international trade compliance, bonded warehousing operations, and customs relations, ensuring an efficient and compliant flow of materials.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the strategic planning and execution of all import/export activities, ensuring compliance with domestic and international trade laws and proactively managing risks associated with international trade.
Manage bonded warehouse operations, including inventory control, storage efficiency, and compliance with customs regulations.
Lead, motivate, and develop a team of professionals in import/export/bonded warehouse operations.
Develop and maintain procedures for customs clearance and tariff classifications.
Liaise with customs officials, regulatory agencies, and internal stakeholders to streamline customs clearance processes and resolve any compliance issues.
Coordinate with logistics, supply chain, and manufacturing to optimize import/export processes and align practices with overall ESMC objectives.
Continuously assess and improve import/export processes and bonded warehouse operations for enhanced efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
Monitor global trade regulations and advise on necessary adjustments to company practices.
Job Qualifications:
Qualifications and Education:
Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, or a related field.
Master’s degree in a related field and/or professional certifications in procurement or supply chain management (e.g., Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply (CIPS) or Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM)).
Must have experience:
Proven experience (5+ years) in logistics/import/export/bonded management within a manufacturing environment, preferably in the semiconductor industry.
Experience in bonded warehouse management and compliance.
Proven experience in working on large-scale international projects with many stakeholders.
Previous leadership in managing import/export/bonded operations and teams.
Language Skills:
German and English: Full Professional Proficiency or Native / Bilingual Proficiency; Mandarin is desirable and nice to have.

Communication style: concise, data driven manner.
Personal Attributes:
Strong organizational and leadership skills.
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
Detail-oriented with a high level of integrity and professionalism.
Training/Onboarding:
Require travel to Taiwan and a stay for training for 3 to 6 months.
Travel to global sites for business trips is also required.
Location: Dresden, Germany.
