Job Description

• Hardware & software setup: You will set up hardware and software for a memory characterization bench
• Program development: You will drive the creation of a characterization program for non-volatile memories
• Device testing: You perform measurements of non-volatile memory devices
• Performance analysis: You will be responsible for systematic studies of the performance and interactions of the read and write operations
• Statistical analysis: You will ensure the development of analysis routines for evaluation of characterization results
  
  

Your Profile

• Study field: You are currently studying electrical engineering, information or communication technology or similar
• Skills: You possess good programming skills (C/C++, Python, etc.)
• Experience: You are able to demonstrate knowledge in the field of electrical measurements and measurement automation
• Expertise: You bring expertise in mixed-signal design or characterization of semiconductor devices
• Interests: You already gained knowledge about memory technologies
• Language skills: You are able to communicate in English fluently
