Are you an experienced expert in CAD 3D design looking to take the lead in digital planning and execution of complex projects? Then this is the right opportunity for you! We are looking for a Lead Manager CAD 3D Design (m/f/d) to lead our CAD team both technically and disciplinarily while driving the development of our CAD and BIM environments.

Explore Your Tasks And Responsibilities

• Create and manage project configuration files in Revit and AutoCAD
• Develop and implement CAD and project standards for Exyte
• Support the setup and development of BIM & CAD environments (BIM 360 / ACC)
• Lead and conduct CAD coordination meetings within project teams
• Ensure high-quality and consistent CAD representations, both graphically and in content
• Monitor and enforce client-specific CAD standards
• Act as a key point of contact for project management, design managers, and clients
• Coordinate disciplines through effective space management
• Perform site visits and generate survey reports
• Create and approve core drilling applications
• Develop HVAC schemes and independently design ducts, pipes, and components
• Lead and manage the CAD team, both technically and disciplinarily
• Coach and develop team members
• Plan and allocate resources across projects while ensuring quality, timelines, and budget adherence
  
  

Show Your Expertise

• Experience in coordinating and leading a team
• Training as a technical draftsman, technical system planner specializing in supply and equipment technology or technician specializing in heating, ventilation, air conditioning and sanitary technology
• Professional experience in 2D and 3D design of factory planning (plant construction) desired
• Confident handling of Revit, AutoCAD, NavisWorks, also BIM360 / ACC experience
• Understanding of the requirements for cross-trade coordination (space management)
• Experience in installation/route and pipeline planning
• Analytical thinking, high level of initiative and independent action
• Structured, conceptual way of working, sense of responsibility, ability to work in a team, as well as willingness to provide services (hybrid working method remote & on-site)
• Very good written and spoken German and very good English skills
