European Semiconductor Manufacturing Company (ESMC) is a joint venture between four technology leaders, TSMC, Bosch, Infineon and NXP, to establish a state-of-the-art semiconductor fab in the heart of Europe. ESMC represents our shared commitment to strengthening the European semiconductor ecosystem.

To help us build the foundation of our future fab in Dresden, we are looking for a highly motivated and passionate (m/f/d):

Onboarding Specialist

1. Facilitate end-to-end onboarding for new hires, preparing documents, conducting orientations.




2. Work closely with hiring managers and HR to understand team needs and ensure a smooth transition for new employees into their roles.




3. Coordinate and conduct initial training and induction sessions to help new hires succeed in their new roles.




4. Support new employees by answering questions, addressing concerns and supporting with relevant information.




5. Manage employee data and ensure HR systems are up to date, track and follow up the completion of required forms and documents.




6. Introduce new employees to the company’s mission, values, and culture, ensuring alignment with organizational goals7. Assist with creating and maintaining onboarding resources and templates, such as welcome kits and training material.

Qualifications and Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Communication or related field or equivalent work experience.

Must have experience:

1-2 years of experience in HR, Onboarding or similar administrative roles.

Language Skills:

1. Bilingual in English and Germany.




2. Mandarin skills a strong plus.

Professional Skills:

1. Friendly, approachable communicator.




2. Enthusiastic about helping new employees feel welcomed.




3. A proactive, self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
