As an ERP Administrator at indie, you will be an integral part of our global ERP team, responsible for managing, configuring, and optimizing our NetSuite ERP system. You’ll collaborate closely with teams across finance, supply chain, operations, and IT to deliver exceptional support, streamline business processes, and drive ongoing improvements.

In addition to NetSuite, this role involves overseeing and supporting other finance-integrated tools, such as ApprovalMax and Expensify.

The successful candidate will have a proactive approach, strong analytical abilities, and a passion for scalable solutions to help elevate and evolve our systems as the company grows.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and configure NetSuite to support evolving business needs
• Troubleshoot and resolve day-to-day system issues
• Lead and support NetSuite upgrades, patches, and feature implementations
• Develop and maintain custom workflows, scripts, reports, and dashboards
• Partner cross-functionally with finance, operations, engineering, and IT to optimize system performance
• Maintain data integrity, perform audits, and ensure system security
• Train end users and maintain documentation for system processes
• Integrate NetSuite with third-party and internal applications
• Stay current on NetSuite updates, trends, and best practices
• Support SOX compliance activities and audits
• Manage ERP incident, change, and request processes
• Analyze and assess business processes to recommend and implement system solutions
• Develop prototypes and present solution concepts for feedback
• Conduct business process reviews and documentation
  
  

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field
• 5–7+ years of NetSuite administration experience, ideally in a high-tech or manufacturing environment
• Strong understanding of NetSuite modules (Finance, Inventory, Supply Chain, CRM, etc.)
• Experience with SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, SuiteTalk, and SuiteAnalytics preferred
• Hands-on experience supporting NetSuite go-lives, including new orgs and acquisitions
• Skilled in developing custom forms and workflows
• Experience with ERP system migrations to NetSuite
• Familiarity with APIs, integrations, and data migration best practices
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills
• NetSuite Administrator or SuiteFoundation certification is a plus
