To help us build the foundation of our future fab in Dresden, we are looking for a highly motivated and passionate:

Outgoing Quality Engineer (m/f/d)

Be the guardian of product quality at the final stage. In this pivotal role, you'll be responsible for gating outgoing product quality, collaborating with verious teams to minimize defect rates, and deploy advanced inspection tools and methodologies. Key Responsibilities:

1. Spearhead the establishment of the new outgoing quality assurance (OQA) site.
2. Support the development and implementation of cutting-edge automation processes.
3. Oversee OQA tool release and maintenance.
4. Conduct defect analysis, risk assessment and determine root causes.
5. Develop and drive forward quality improvement projects, harness big data analytics to derive actionable insights for continuous improvement.
6. Collaborate with Fab to proactively reduce defect rates and improve product quality.

Job Qualifications:

Qualifications and Education:

1. Legally eligible to work in Germany.
2. Available for on-the-job training in Taiwan for one year.
3. Bachelor's, Master's, Diploma, or Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Material Science, Physics, or manufacturing related field.
4. More than three years of experience in Quality Assurance related role in a high-volume manufacturing environment with preference in semiconductor industry (yield improvement, defect reduction, bumping, assembly).
5. Strong problem-solving skills with demonstrated ability to analyze large sets of data.
6. Familiarity with local regulations and business ecosystems is advantageous.
7. Resilient with a positive team spirit and attitude also when under pressure.

Language Skills:

1. Fluent in English.
2. Basic command of German and Mandarin Chinese a plus.
