Als Head of Process Solutions & Service verantworten Sie die Sicherstellung und Weiterentwicklung des weltweiten Services Geschäftes unseres Unternehmens. Das globale Service Geschäft umfasst folgende Verantwortungsbereiche: Verkauf von Process Solutions in Form von Komponenten, Upgrades und Softwarelösungen. Weiterhin die Servicebetreuung unserer Kunden im Anlagenbetrieb, wie z.B. Ersatzteilgeschäft, operative Services, Training sowie Erstellung und Anpassung unserer Anlagendokumentation unter den Gesichtspunkten der Industrie 4.0

Taking responsibility together

  Gestaltung und Steuerung des weltweiten Service Geschäfts inkl. Strategie, Vertrieb und Operations
  
• 
  Verantwortung für die ganzheitliche After Sales- und Servicestrategie sowie Geschäftsplanung weltweit
  
• 
  Strategische Entwicklung und Umsetzung des Service Dienstleistungsportfolios
  
• 
  Erfolgreiche Steuerung des operativen Servicebereichs
  
• 
  Sicherstellung einer bereichsübergreifenden Zusammenarbeit mit allen Funktions- und Supportbereichen sowie den globalen Geschäftseinheiten

  Weiterentwicklung und Umsetzung durchgängiger Geschäftsprozesse, inkl. Kennzahlenanalyse und -auswertung

  Führung, Entwicklung und Förderung Ihres Teams entsprechend der Erfordernisse des Unternehmens
  

Contribute own competencies

• 
  Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes technisches Hochschulstudium oder ein Studium des Wirtschaftsingenieurwesens bzw. eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  
• 
  Mindestens 8 - 10 Jahre Führungserfahrung als Leiter eines Servicebereichs, idealerweise eines mittelständischen Industrieunternehmens
  
• 
  Umfassende Erfahrung in der Führung großer sowie komplexer Teams in einer Matrixorganisation
  
• 
  Ausgeprägte Fachkenntnisse im klassischen und digitalen Service
  
• 
  Umfangreiches Wissen zu Herausforderungen des Servicegeschäfts im Maschinen- und (Sonder-) Anlagenbau
  
• 
  Betriebswirtschaftliche und vertriebliche Kenntnisse, sowie exzellentes Verständnis für Unternehmenszusammenhänge
  
• 
  Starke analytische Fähigkeiten sowie hervorragende Planungs- und Organisationsfähigkeiten
  
• 
  Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

Our first meeting usually takes place as an online meeting. In this initial exchange, you and your future manager will get to know each other. During the interview, you will have the opportunity to learn more about the position and the company

During a personal interview on site, you will learn more about our location and your future workplace. In this in-depth exchange, we discuss all the requirements and framework conditions for the job. Of course, we will also answer all your questions

Note: If you apply for one of our apprenticeships, an aptitude test will follow at this point

Once we have decided to work with each other, you will receive a binding contract offer. We will present all conditions and benefits to you in a joint discussion. Now you can get started at VON ARDENNE!

Onboarding

We want your start at VON ARDENNE to be successful from the very beginning

In our onboarding program, you will receive a comprehensive overview of our company in addition to your professional induction

As part of the contract handover, you will receive a checklist to prepare your start at VON ARDENNE. We will also provide you with the access data for your employee account, which you can already use from the comfort of your own home. Here you can prepare for your first day at work, e.g. upload a photo for your employee ID card

The first working day starts together for all new employees. At interdepartmental informational events, you will get an overview of the company and can make initial contacts. You will also receive your technical equipment on your first day of work

Now the technical training starts. During the initial period, your individual on-the-job training plan will provide you with an orientation on all subject areas and the relevant contact persons. If you have any questions or need help, your manager and the team are always available to advise you. In addition, we offer a variety of formats for networking and knowledge sharing

In the course of joint discussions, we provide mutual feedback regarding your entry into the company. Even after your onboarding, we remain in constant communication. In our annual development meetings, we regularly talk about your career prospects and additional development steps at VON ARDENNE
